Therapy For Teens

In-person Counseling for Teens in Gilbert & Online Across Arizona

Therapy With Someone Who Speaks Their Language

Some teenagers are open to therapy. But, some aren’t.  That's why both Collette and Evan, our licensed therapists for children and teens, focus on building trust before anything else.

Rather than jumping straight into difficult conversations or sitting across from your teen with a notepad, they’ll take the time to get to know each of them as a person. By learning about their interests, hobbies, and personality, they will also create sessions that feel engaging, approachable, and genuine.

From there, therapy becomes a collaborative process. Together, they'll build practical skills like assertive communication, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, distress tolerance, and self-soothing strategies that teens can use long after they leave the office.
