Meet Your Therapist
On the day of your appointment, you’ll arrive at our office, check in at the kiosk, and have a seat in our lobby, until your therapist comes to get you. Then, you and your therapist will spend time talking about what brought you in, and answering any questions you have.
Create a Plan
Together, you'll identify goals and decide what treatment will look like moving forward. You bring the expertise in your life; we will bring the tools for change.
Begin Healing
Everyone’s journey moves at a different pace, but many people report feeling relief even after the first session. So, depending on your needs, you may begin therapeutic work during your first session, or spend more time building a strong foundation first.
We provide a safe space for all clients to be themselves. We assist clients of all cultural backgrounds, races, and ethnicities. We welcome clients of all relationship dynamics, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
Faq’s-
Contracting with insurance companies often places restrictions to how we conduct sessions, like the frequency, modalities used, and topics we discuss. For that reason, we are private pay only, so that we can offer our clients the best possible treatment without limitations.

We accept cash, check, health savings accounts, and all major credit cards. We can give you a Superbill at the end of your sessions for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If you want to discuss your options further, we can walk you through this process to make it as smooth as possible during your consultation or first session.

We offer free 15-minute consultations to answer any questions you have and help you on your path towards change. That might look like booking your first appointment with us or helping you find more resources to support your healing journey. Either way, we’re adamant on helping you go in the right direction.
